With daily yoga in the morning and late afternoon, you can start or (and!) end your day with a heartfelt and joyful smile in savasana as sunlight warms your skin, peeking through the draping tapestry at the shala’s entrance, the grounding sounds of shorebreak exhaling in the distance. All guests that leave the shala leave balanced with the cosmic vibrations of an elevated mind, body, and spirit.
